Strange fan behavior...

I have a 2012 Retina Macbook Pro. It never had a major problem but last night something weird happened...

It happened while I was watching the WAN Show...

My temps would be stable around 65-75 degrees C on the CPU and GPU but the fans would ramp up to maximum.

Is there something with Chrome or Twitch that would pump up my fans this fast despite the actual heat readings or is there something wrong elsewhere?
