Windows 10 Low FPS

I just recently downloaded windows 10 on my computer, and my fps has gone from a solid 300 in CS:GO, TF2, Dota 2, Portal 2, Loadout, and Dirty bomb to merely 60 fps with dips to 10 fps every few seconds. I am on a desktop with the following specs:
i7 4790k

Geforce GTX 970

16GB G.skill ddr3 RAM

 

and a few other specs that shouldn't matter.

 

Prior to the windows 10 update, I was running windows 7 with perfect framerates. I don't know what is happening. Games are crashing, my computer freezes while in game, even source games are unplayable at lowest settings. I need help with this, as it has turned my otherwise capable computer into a "Potato".

 

Low fps games:
TF2

Portal 2

Robocraft

Dota 2

Loadout

 

Games that won't even launch:
Dirty Bomb

CS:GO

GTA 4
Payday

I don't know. You can wait till DX12 is out then they will be even better.

go back to your old OS, in the settings it says that youcan return to the old OS for only one month after you upgraded. Wait until then
