My brother has had his MBP for a while now and he thinks its slow and I understand why, the thing has a 5400RPM drive in it, I feel bad for him honestly LOL. But he loves the thing and says if it wasnt so damn slow with tasks he would love it even more, so instantly SSD came to mind.

And he plans to buy a new one with money he doesnt have anyway, so I told him I had a plan, and now I need to know if I can do this cuz if I can he said he would keep his current MBP for a long time.

My plan is to get the SSD and surprise him one day and tell em to use and notice how snappy and quick it would be, but first I need to know if I can do it, so can I?
