That is my build so far and I am looking to a R9 280x but I am unsure of which one I want to get. I am looking to stay near $600 and I would like to play Battlefield 4 and CS GO with this build. All help finding the best price/performace GPU will be appreciated!

get a seasonic SSR-550M or a 650M because corsair cx psu's are generally snake oil.

The best R9 280Xs are Sapphire's dual-X, vapor-X and toxic. However you might also want to look into the R9 380 4GB, it performs basically the same as the 280X but has 4GB of VRAM. You can find Sapphire's Nitro 380 4GB for about the same price as the 280X.
