Windows 10 Clean Install Activation

So I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 activated with original CD-Key, Installed on my SSD...

I upgraded to Windows 10 with the automatic instructions.. Now my current OS is W10..

I found my old OS in C:\ "Windows.old".

 

I would like to format my SSD and start fresh with Windows 10..

My question is do I need my W7 key or the W10 key? (see below in red)

 

I want to make a USB Stick with the New OS in .ISO

That's a product ID, not your Key.

 

True ok. I will use my W7 key this gonna work. pointless post lol

no! You need your win10 key

i need a software to find my key? isn't stupid? lol

you could go into regedit but i figured the software would be easier. Idk why they make it so hard to find your key
