Windows 10 Store and Device Limit issue

When I signed into Windows store I got a E-Mail saying I reach device limited on my MS Account.

 

I need to add two more PC to that account. Is their a way to wipe out all PC linked to that account? When I try to remove a device(PC) it say URL is not known from that location try again.

I can only unlink the PC I'm currently on. Other wise I get:

Try a different URL We don’t have anything to show you at this link. Try searching for what you want, instead.
