Reserve Windows 10

so basically i have the "get windows 10" icon and after looking into it it looks like a window is meant to open to allow you to reserve your free copy of windows 10 however when i try it nothing happens. Ive linked a video so you can see what i mean (sorry about the video quality).

 

 

any help would greatly appreciated.

Thats odd. I assume you did a reboot? also this is not QUITE the problem you were having, but it might still fix it

yep rebooted several times, google was less than helpful. and none of those solutions solve it however i did see it say reinstall KB3035583 as that is the update that add the windows 10 icon. i googled KB3035583 and it said that installing it adds a file called GWX in C:\Windows but when i checked there was no GWX file

Best thing concerning Win10 is patience. There fine manny bugs now. Wait a few days and check that all updates are enabled and are you on windows update automatically?

i think ill just do a fresh install of windows thanks anyway
