Flash Player not working in Chromium

Hey everyone, I installed Chromium yesterday as just something new to try out. It is significantly faster than Chrome and open-source, making it a good alternative. But, it says that my Adobe Flash Player isn't enabled. I've reinstalled Adobe and went to about:plugins to enable it and it wasn't there. Anyone have some ideas? Thanks everyone

I have decided to not use Chromium, after several compatibility issues and general strangeness. :P
