Witch one i should go for and why ? ( Dont recommend me any other brands lets discuss this two cards only ) Thanks in advance! 

Also witch one is silent, help me pick one :)

If you can afford and theres space in your case then the Hybrid easily because it's watercooled

The Zotac is a Monster. If you want serious Power bevore OC, go for it.

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme edition

Evga will overclock more and will be more silent. But! The Amp! Extreme which I personally own will run cooler and you get more performance out of the box. The card boosted past the advertised clock speeds to 1400 something mhz. It's just a beast all around and I would recommend it to anyone. It's dead silent idle and even on games like Borderlands it didn't get very loud.

Some people say Hybrid some Zotac .... i couldn't really choose to be honest
