SSD + HDD Boot issue (colored lines)

Computer does not boot with colored lines at the top on a black screen after the bios screen shows. I have made quite a bit of posts about this and have fixed it before with boot order in my bios but it is not working for my SSD windows 7 quick boot but does work for my windows 8 slow HDD boot. The only way it boots is if I take the HDD back out OR if I press 3 random buttons quickly for about ~20 seconds. Can someone help me permanently fix this again?
