D5s are generally recommended because of their flow rate and silence. DDCs are a good alternative if space is a consideration as they are a bit smaller but certainly aren't any slouch either.

any of the D5s would be best just try and get one that is variable. DDCs are also an okay choice

Any D5 Vario is fine, they are all just rebranded from the original Manufacturer.

Second this. Any brand will work, so just go for the lowest price one you can find.
