Basicly when i click on steam icon its laoding for a bit and nothing happens. If i uninstall will my games also dissapear ? 

Like GTA V // CS GO etc so i have to install and dowload  them again ... ? ? help

Step 1. Just copy you're games to another folder, delete steam, install it, launch it, then exit it.

 

Step 2. Now, copy your cames to the steamapps/common folder, start steam and click to install CSGO/GTA V, steam will detect the game and will just download some files.

Pretty sure if you uninstall steam it removes your games. But to basically reinstall it without reinstalling it, remove all files in the Steam directory except Steam.exe and steamapps folder. Run Steam.exe and it will automatically download everything else

It uninstalles them from the folder you set up with it ("install paths" or something). It doesn't remove them from anywhere else, especially if you backed it up through the Steam client.
