980,great i5, same case without the extra fan and no windows as you should use r/softwareswap or use this iso, its legit i used it for windows 10

that comes from the developer program, have you got a pc at the moment as you will need to put it on a usb drive to install, but this windows iso upgrades to the final version of windows 10 when it releases, soo...        yay!

Yeah, why are you wasting $26 on a cpu cooler? The I5 you chose isn't even overclockable, so the stock cooler will be more than enough. And they aren't they loud, they're more than quiet enough to live with.

Yeah, why are you wasting $26 on a cpu cooler? The I5 you chose isn't even overclockable, so the stock cooler will be more than enough. And they aren't they loud, they're more than quiet enough to live with.

oh right thats what bump means, and the cpu cooler is quiet and i wasnt sure what  to do but yeah if they are happy with the stock cooler than sure go for it!

The 980 is a little overkill for the games I'll be playing, hell I might get a 60hz monitor because I don't really NEED 144hz.

both games that a 980 will be required in to play at 144hz or ultra settings if not at the same time if it fits in the price why not?

Price is before rebates. With his budget, easily fit a quality ssd, for boot and a couple of programs, 1 tb hard drive for mass storage, you guys were spending way too much on the case, a 60hz monitor if you decide to go that route, added an pretty quiet extra fan, quality psu, a gpu more than capable at playing the games you listed, the 1231v3, which performs like an I7, only without an Igpu, and with DX12 making use of more threads/cores, it's performance will go up even more. All while still having about $170 headroom.
