Memory Stuck in System Reserve

Go to solution Solved by nanowatt,

If that is the idle memory usage without any software running you may have a virus

Hello guys I cam encountering a problem where 5 of my 8GB of RAM is stuck in the system reserve. I have no clue on how to fix this. I checked my BIOS to see how much was dedicated to the onboard graphics which I'm not even using I set it to 1GB just to see if it would change if I set it manually and still the same things.

Beware of him that is slow to anger; for when it is long coming, it is the stronger when it comes, and the longer kept. Abused patience turns to fury.

I ran a virus scan. I'll run it again with malwarebytes and report back to you.

This kind of viruses are most of the time undetectable.Once again if that is the idle usage without ANY program running or task scheduler you may have a virus

The virus scan actually solved the problem. Once I removed them and restarted to PC back to 1GB dedicated to graphics and 7 for everything else.
