I have been using the 2 same monitors for a while now. With my Sapphire 290X both with dvi input. But recently I bought the EVGA 980ti OC reference cooler. This card only has one DVI port. So I started using a HDMI cable for one of my monitors. But this monitor now gives a slightly less brighter output. While DVI and HDMI shouldn't make a difference. Futhermore is the monitor connected to the HDMI slower. When I power on my computer the DVI monitor powers on first. I have tried switching the monitors around. and I tried the HDMI with my TV. The colours are alright when plugged into the TV. But it still starts up slower then the DVI monitor. I have tried different HDMI cables aswell. Didn't make a difference. Not sure if this is normal for HDMI? Couldn't find anything on the internet.

PSU: EVGA supernova 850 G2 80 plus gold

GPU; EVGA GTX 980Ti Superclocked

Monitor: 2x Iiyama ProLite E2483HS
