Cheaping Gaming Build

Hi my son wants a gaming computer for his birthday.  I was hoping to build one for around 600 AUD if possible.  I'm willing to stretch the budget if not possible.  Any help will be most appreciated.  Thanks

600ish, Australia

2. Aim
Gaming.  I asked my son and the kind of games he wants to play are: The Escapist, Kerbal Space Program, Team Fortress 2, Minecraft and Terraria.

3. Monitors
Just one monitor.  Resolution-best for the budget specified

4. Peripherals
I am just using the peripherals from our old Dell desktop.

5. Why are you upgrading?
My son needs a desktop PC for gaming.  He has a separate school laptop.

but latter on I would recommend getting a graphic card simular to a R9 280x or R9 380 in the future.

I started working on a build, however it pretty much came up exactly as that there. That would probably be your best choice
