PCIe M.2 SSD

Hi guys, I'm currently in search of a new PCIe M.2 SSD for my laptop which features a PCIe 4x M.2 slot to replace the crap budget SSD that came with my laptop. The only PCIe SSDs which are AHCI based I know of now are the Samsung SM951 and the Kingston HyperX Predator. I'm gonna get one in a few months time and can someone tell me what other options do I have apart from these 2? I live in Singapore and I am willing to spend about SGD$300 max. And also, it has to be no larger than the M.2 2280 size.
