Working for micro center?

What's the requirements for a part time job at microcenter? I just turned 16, but I'm knowledgable in the field of building computers and my communications skills aren't bad. I'm working as a teacher assistant right now and I'm starting to hate it. I love computers and getting paid for something I love would be amazing. Has anyone here worked for microcenter before and know the requirements for a par time job there?
