raspberry pi issues really need help

no and i am on a mac if that matters. i just dragged the file into the sd card.

I won't work if you do it like that. Read this and go to the mac os section https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/installation/noobs.md.

i have a raspberry pi b+ it has work before (long story if you want to know about ask me) but after that it has't worked. i keep formatting the sd card with apple and putting noobs back on it but nothing happens. on getting power, the red and green LEDs light on and thats it. if you need any more details please ask me. thanks.

Did you use win32 disk imager to put noobs on it?
