Werid issue with NVIDIA Shadow Play

So I was trying out Shadow Play with my GTX 970 and I encountered this weird problem with the recording's resolution.

The game was being played on my main monitor which is 1920x1080 but for some reason the recording comes out in a resolution of 1680x1050, which is the resolution of my secondary monitor. I have Shadowplay set to record using the in-game resolution which was configured to 1080p.

The little icon that indicates that Shadowplay is recording is showing up on both monitors. Is there a way to prevent it from recording on that monitor? I feel like that might solve the problem.

Is there a primary display output where shadow play is on default? Try switching around the graphics card outputs.
