i got my rad all installed and set up i tighten the screw on the cpu part by thumb even tho there screw driver screw but i didnt want to stress my board.

but basicly want to no if i set it up right

so my fans are pluged in to my cpu fan header
my pump is plugged in to my system fan header

is this right or does it not matter

secondly should i set the speed of the pump to 100% all time or let it sit at about 40% speed untill it hits a certian temp then make it go full speed like i do with my fans?

Well I would connect the pump and fans to the CPU header, but I don't really know much about water cooling, if you can get the Pump to increse when your CPU is under load that would be better, running your pump and 100% all the time is loud.
