Hi all, I've been running a copy of Windows Server 2012 Datacenter (the key came from my school) on my primary home server and since i recently graduated there was an expiration on the key before it becomes in active. Thus I need to get a new copy of a MS Server OS I'm just not sure which one would be best. My home server is setup as the main domain controller providing Active Directory, DNS and DHCP. I'm also looking at setting up a VM running off the server and install FreeNAS ( if that's possible). So my question is which version of MS Server 2012 R2 would I need for this little project of mine to keep working?
