Suggest me free software

Hello guys, I want to create guest account on my windows and one admin account. I could have acces to everything while guest account could only use browser and few essential programs as microsoft office. I also don't want guest account to be able to download anything and can not run .exe files. What should I use?

You can get the whole adobe cs2 suite for free. and Visual studio code and Visual studio community.

Okay troll, sorry if my english is bad because it is not my native languange. Can you answer me on my question about guest account
