Random Bluescreen/crash Error

so i have gotton an error/crash 2 times now 

 

one in a game

and another on hulu

 

so i googled how to see what was wrong, it said to do this certain thing with windows dev tools or something, so i did and this is what it showed

ram=16gb

gpu=gt 430

hdd=1tb

ssd=120gb

When it crashes is your computer under a high load?

no, my cpu is normally under 20% , or 40% in game, and i run antivirus everyday and nothing shows up

ok i updated them, how/is there a way to find out if it worked, to see if no more blue screens/crashes

If theya re updated all you can really do is wait and see. If you still have issues post the new dumps.
