Right, I need help with my fan config in my Corsair Air 540, I currently have the two stock 140mm fans as intake at the front, I also have 2 120mm Corsair AF120's in the top as exhaust as well as another AF120 in the rear for exhaust as well, the problem im having is my room gets dusty quickly and the dust is settling inside the case. Is this becasue I have negative air pressure inside the case?

What do you guys think?

Its negative air pressure. The intake fans, though larger, aren't pulling in enough air to accommodate the 3 120's. The front fans are also being slightly restricted from the front grill and filter where as the other fans do not have a filter to obstruct air. I'd recommend getting a cheap magnetic filter for the rear fan and using that as an intake as well to help with the air pressure.

Would that not create turbulance in the case? With the CPU Fan (CoolerMaster Hyper 212) blowing towards the rear?

That would create turbulence. You could also try switching the top fans as intake and filter those instead of the rear fan. Other than that you could get a voltage reducer to slow your exhaust fans and/ or remove one.

Here's some in line voltage reducers: http://www.amazon.com/Speed-Reduce-Power-Adapter-Desktop/dp/B007PPHLCS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1437560179&sr=8-1&keywords=fan+voltage+reducer&pebp=1437560178777&perid=0KEBGQN1HT183ZHAZEQ7
