Screen problem

So heres a picture how it looks like.

Monitor: BENQ XL2411T like a year in use

ASRock Z68 Pro 3

GTX 770

 

I just recently noticed it when i woke up and moved my mouse to wake up screen. It will flicker and the gray or blue lines might turn vertical if i click buttons but it wont get back to normal. The problem seems to only go away after waiting like 2 minutes but it is starting to take longer too sometimes. So this happens every time screen comes back to life from either turning on pc or from sleep. I can use pc on my tv when the problem is on if i have "copy screens" selected. The picture on the pc screen will switch a little depending on what kind of website i am.

Didnt update anything when this problem appeared, only the critical flashupdate on every browser i use.

Had both cpu and gpu overclocked but problem still appears when i turned them down.

What input is it in?

(VGA, DVI (DVI-D, DVI-I or DVI-A), HDMI or Displayport)

Neither of the DVI ports on my gpu work, i get picture through hdmi though but this isnt a permanent solution as i need 144hz. And it is still flickering even with hdmi port

 

EDIT. HDMI works, so does Mobo dvi-d
