So I'm trying to overclock with K10STAT and I'm not entirely sure it's working. Does anyone think they can help me over Skype or Teamspeak or something like that?

Well first off don't use programs. You manually do it in the Bios menu

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER STOP LEARNING. DONT LET THE PAST HURT YOU. YOU CAN DOOOOO IT

A. What chip is it? B. What kind of motherboard do you have

It's weird, so I'm able to use K10STAT to overclock from 1.48 to 3.6 and CPU-Z confirms the change but I can't overclock the GPU.

Chipset: AMD K12 IMC

As for the motherboard I don't know because this is not a custom build.

There aren't any overclocking options in the BIOS. This isn't a gaming pc. I'm just trying to overclock it because it's slow as hell and I would like to try to do a little gaming on it.

If there's no options in bios then you can't OC.
