Help with gpu

Guys I'm buying my gpu and I'm Gona be overclocking it, I got a locked system so I can't overclock my cpu because my mobo is the h97 gaming 3 msi locked mobo and my cpu is the Intel i7 4790 (non k) and my graphics card is the 970 windforce, and my psu is 500w bronze, I was wondering do I need a better psu? For overclocking? Because I just bought the psu and don't wish to buy another one. Many thanks
