So I installed the disk image on to the sd card and that doesn't work. I am was so mad . I decided to try raspbien (I am not sure if I spelled that right) and it doesn't work. Any help please!

Try a different SD card if you can. I had a similar issue using a Lexar MicroSD card in my Raspberry Pi 2 Model B (the 1gb version). I ended up returning it and getting an Adata one. The Pi recognized it as it should and installed Raspbian without any issues.

I know there is also a list somewhere online of compatible MicroSD cards for the Raspberry Pi. That might help you.

EDIT: Also, make sure the card is formatted as FAT32.

the sd is fat 32. I did originally try an adata one before this one and it didn't work. But it did ship from Bulgaria.

Well it could be that the Pi is defective. I thought the same thing for mine until I read that it might be the SD card.

so what shuld I do?

I would make sure you followed everything on this page: https://www.raspberrypi.org/help/noobs-setup/

If nothing gives, then try to get a replacement.

DISCLAIMER: I am far from an expert on Raspberry Pi's. I'd maybe do some more research before the RMA.

Follow up question. So I got a new sd card and I installed noobs and It worked. But I accidentally started installing the real raspbein. I didn't want to do that I wanted openelec so I unplugged it. I put openelec on the sd card nothing happened. So I put noobs back on. It sorta worked. It said I didn't have enough space. So I formatted the sad card (over write) and put noobs back on. Then when I plugged it in nothing happened. Can I get some more help?
