Wierd lag

Hey guys!

So, i was just in a competitive in Cs Go and all of a sudden my game lags and or stutters. I don't know why this suddenly happens, i have a High end GPU and CPU.
I have never had any of these problem before. I ran all games on ultra with no lag or stutter whatsoever. But back to Cs Go. I play, and suddenly the lag/stutter comes.
I wonder, and restart the game. After being in the game for 5 seconds, with frame rate on top, it goes back to lag/stutter. Just before this happend, i installed the new driver or update Nvidia experience had.

BUT i did not install it. And its not only Cs Go that has this problem. All other games have that problem too. I have tried almost everything. I installed the new driver - keeps lagging and stuttering. Restarted pc many times - nothing. Reinstalled Cs Go - nothing. I then uninstalled the driver via windows, (through t device management) helped for 45 minutes, and then back to lag/stutter. And yes, i have "the newest driver" for my GPU. Or at least the GTA V Optimized Driver

First i thought it was the new driver i downloaded, but when i found out that i just downloaded it, and not had installed it. I thought maybe its not optimized or whatever.
But as i said, nothing works.

Maybe its because my HDD is almost out of space. It has 160 GB left, and my SSD has 5 GB left

I simply don't know what's going on.

My specs:

CPU - Intel Core i5 4690k

GPU - GTX780 reference

PSU - Corsair RM750 W

Motherboard - Asus Z97 - A

SSD (Windows only) - Samsung Evo 840 124 GB

HDD Segate 1TB

Ram - 8GB Black HyperX 1866 Hz

And a 144 Hz BenQ XL2411Z Monitor

Please help, i don't know whats wrong. It never happend to me before.
