Frame drops in League?

HI there I recently installed windows 10 onto my unit. I have done all updates but when I play league of legends I drop frames, HARD!

The graphics settings are set to high but even at medium they still drop!

 

Hardware:
Intel Quad Core cpu- 3.5ghz

Radeon HD 6800

16GB of Ripjaw Ram

Couldn't tell you what the motherboard is, but it's a gigabyte (lol I know I narrowed it down)

League doesnt really like windows 10, you will have to wait for some updates.

For now maybe turn settings to the lowest?

 

EDIT: Or try running the game in compatability mode for windows 8
