Set up help

Ive got a system i want some advice on. Im running a AMD fx 6300 (OC to 4.3) on asrock 970 pro motherboard. Corsair vengeance 4x4gb at 1600 mhz. 1000W BlackEdition V2 High Performance Modular ATX Silent Power Supply. Kingston SSD 128 gb with WD 1tb HDD ( about 4 years old ). Coolermaster Seidon 120v ver.2 CPU cooler. The last thing is im currently running 2 6850 in crossfire but sometimes i turn it off because the game messes up. Ive ordered Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 280X DUAL-X which should come in about 2 days. My issue is, sometimes when i play a game it would have like a 0.5 sec freeze quite often. When im browsing on internet, sometimes the whole page takes forever to load, once that starts all internet pages take forever to load and then after a while it continues as perfect. Windows 7 64 bit installed on SSD and the games run from the HDD. So should i do Raid 0 or should i get some kind of software.

When you get your new card I would reinstall windows,

 

You have an old install ,and that might help.

 

Otherwise I don't know what could be causing it

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

When you start to have the performance issues, what does your Task Manager look like? Is there high CPU, RAM or Disk usage?
