My PC won't post and and I've cleared the cmos... The parts are getting the power... I've noticed the hhd light on the case isn't coming up.... What do I do

All the led.and fans start up but there's no post screen after and both dospalys are blank

Have you absolutely checked everything is connected properly? No loose connectors and such?

No I've only got the one.... I've notice that the hard drives aren't spinning.could that be it
