unlocking sempron 145

I am wondering if anyone has unlocked an amd sempron 145 on an asus crosshair ii, i have them both sitting around doing nothing and wanted to use them to build a media server for my house and i cant warrent spending money to build a server when i have so many parts sitting around the house doing sweet f.a, now another reason i wanted to use the sempron is because it has a low tdp, and the board has faulty temp sensors (board had a phenom ii x4 955 and one point a phenom ii x4 940 and was ticking over at a suposed 65*c turns out they are fine its a sensor issue). so as you can see i want to keep cost down and use what i have, i dont want to build it up and find out i cant do what i want.
