NO POST/BIOS?

This is a continuing problem I cant seem to work out. My computer now when I press the on button on the motherboard (MSI Z97m) turns on and displays an error code "E 0" I cannot find any codes like this in the manual. Everything is securely  plugged in. The only devices plugged in are keyboard and mouse, and i have tried without them as well. I tried clearing the Cmos but no change. After a few second of the PC being on, it shuts off for about 3 seconds and then turns back on. 

If anyone can help please do. Im over the fact that I lost my data please help. 

 

 

 

UPDATE: Solved. The issue was that I had been using a GTX 780 and then removed it from the motherboard and proceeded to restart my computer manually, which I suspect messed with the bios and refused to accept the GPU was gone. This problem continued to persist until I purchased my GTX 970, when I plugged it in to my Mobo everything work just as it should. I guess my mobo was just on it period. Thank you to everyone who helped me troubleshoot.

maybe your data still is on the drives, but there is just a BIOS problem

Yes, that was the first thing I checked. I thought the cable might be corroded so I swapped it out with a spare I bought but no luck.

I cannot even enter the bios. That is the main problem. Im fine with my data loss, i just want to get my PC up and alive again.

I had the same problem as you, you can check my topics history. I swapped motherboards, I've had a brandnew ASUS mobo for a month now and it's doing it again.
