Will the GTX 970 Gaming last for more than 1-3 years with the whole 3,5gb and 0,5 gb?

My current system is: | CPU: i7 2600 3.40GHz | RAM: 12GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHZ | Motherboard: CG8350 | Storage: 931GB Seagate+Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB | GPU: GTX 970 Gaming | PSU: G2 750 | Monitors: 2x BenQ XL2411Z

Depends what you mean by "last", last will even the R7 265 :P

1080p is the resolution... The newest tripple A titles will always push hardware but you will be able to play at med settings in 3 years with reasonable frames on the toughest titles..

yes most likely, it can run many games at like 90 fps 1080p ultra.
