New Pc driver & other problems

Hey everyone or anyone,

I am in a bit of trouble and any help would be helpful. (I'm new to custom pc things and this forum)

First to start off,

Windows 8.1 is not recognising my 2nd mass hdd period. It is recognised in the bios but thats about it.

Secondly,

Do I just download and unzip the drivers when downloaded from the manufacturer. As I said before, I am new to custom pc driver things. and what drivers do I need to download ( I know you need it for mobo and gpu, but is that all?)

Any help is great!

You need to create a partition on that hard drive and the only drivers you need are the audio, network and GPU drivers.

unzip them and run the .exe files.

Some of the drivers don't have .exe files. Do I just leave them?

edit: Stupid me didn't see the word application next to the word setup.
