I try that but still same issue :(

 

Both of them? Running as admin and getting installer from different location? Because the error clearly states that your account doesn't have admin rights required. Anyway, get latest updates and install stuff like .NET to be sure that everything should be ready for it.

Try install it as administrator. That is software issue, not about your hardware. Also, if you are using installer from MSI, try getting one straight from Intel.
