New phone plans

Hey people!
My trusty Nexus 4 is aging and even though it runs pretty smoothly it has some problems, like random shutdowns, touch jerkiness, network connection interruptions and such.

So I've been looking to replace it in the near future and have a couple ideas in mind:
A. Get the Zenfone 2 Z551ML (4GB RAM 32GB storage version) - My got this one not so long ago and really enjoys it, great phone overall and is a bang for the buck beast. Especially since I'm looking to buy it at a regional store and it's 1688NIS (about 445USD, which is pretty reasonable)
B. Wait for the Nexus 5/6 2015. I've seen some leaks, and even if they seem pretty insane (like the 85000 AnTuTu benchmark score) it still seems like a pretty solid phone if it'll be priced properly (for a Nexus device that is).

~The reason I'm more into actually getting the Zenfone 2 is it's Atom processor; seeing that it can run full desktop Windows 7 I'm not going to be surprised if it could run an x86 version of Win10 or get a Windows 10 Mobile ROM eventually from Microsoft, and since I don't know anyone with a WP device I'd really like to try it myself (especially after W10 release).
~About waiting until Q4 (N5 2015 is expected to launch during October according to some leaks), until October I'm not going to need the phone that much anyways, because I won't have too much hands-on time with it, which makes waiting a definite possibility. On the other hand I heard Asus might raise the Zenfone's price after a while but I saw it drop in about 150Nis (over where I'm planning on buying it) in a month and a half, so... Who knows, hopefully it won't increase nor will my N4 die on me.
