Beyerdynamic DT990 sets funny.

I just got my DT990s about a week and just noticed that they don't set the same on both sides of my head.

The left side has more of a gap between my head and head band than the right side is this normal? I compared them to my ATH-M50x and they have to same amount of clearance from side to side

Yeah. If the earpads sit properly it won't affect the sound.
