So I'm looking to get a asus z97 maximus vii formula. I found this one for very cheap but idk if you guys think it's a guy idea to buy this pre-owned mobo

Buy the used one if it is cheaper.

 

But I would check to see if it is working, contact the seller.

I'd just get a new non ROG board and save yourself some money and in the process end up with a brand new board as well.
