Graphics Card needed!

i run an i5, two fans, two hdds, and a 970 on 600w but you can go with 500w and be fine.Is your 8350 overclocked?

no my 8350 runs at the standard 4.0 ghz. Which I also need a new cooling solution for. And does a 600 watt actually power it? I'm just running the FX-8350, 1 TB hdd, optical drive, and 2 120mm low power fans and a 120mm low power fan.

You'd be fine on 500 if you're not overclocking. The 970 uses barely any power at stock.

I don't know, the FX-8350 is said to use a lot of power. I don't know if the tdp has anything to do with it, but it's rated at 125w tdp.

i think it takes a 6 pin and 8 pin and comes with a molex to 6 pin adpater
