I was trying to play grid 2 when i realised that the sound was all choppy. Turns out i need a directX update. But whilst DirectX update was being installed, My PC BLUE SCREENED. How do i reinstall or repair Direct X on my PC without a reinstall of windows???

Just re-download it.

you can try again i mean i have issues with grid 2 to with choppy audio but thats because of my cpu

You need to download the redistributable version, to do a reinstall or repair of DirectX.

Make sure to download the version the game needs, not ne version with the highest number.
