Those pricks wont let me return my phone and switch it to another one. I bought a full contract with then 6 days ago in store. I decided to go to get it replaced  as my phone was overheating (saw upto 60 degrees in reviews) and when it does this it lags. Well they said that i was stupid for getting that phone (when it was the best one for £26 a month and reviews hadnt been released yet).

There is some hope, as my phone has connectivity problems, and phones can be returned if they have bad coverage (seen 2mps upload on 4G, so that might be an option).

NEVER buy directly from EE, ALWAYS but from Carphone Warehouse and BuyMobiles (saw my phone for £10 a month cheaper there)

i might be selling this phone if i cannot get a refund or replacement, anyone want it?

Well they are freshies, so they dont understand tech, and they say that it i s expensive, even though my contract is £600 in total

Well my dad may be starting to see sense, as he is asking me to research for a new laptop after his 10 year old one is "slow"

I bought my Z3 from mobiles.co.uk, they're owned by carphone warehouse. I'd never trust EE if I was to buy a phone, after the issue I had with them when I got my 8S. Carphone warehoue at least have some humility when you order something, far better treatment than EE.

I brought my Z1C from EE a year ago for £31 a month, a month later it went down to £20, then a month after that it went down to £16. Not long after it was discontinued. Not really EE's fault exactly but they won't even give me extra data (I only get 500mb) which I find to be stupid
