I want to upgrade my Inspiron 570 and I want to put a EVGA or MSI GTX 960 4GB into my computer as an upgrade and was wondering if there is anything wrong with the upgrade.

---

Current Specs:

CPU- AMD Athlon X4 645 3.1ghz Quad Core

Memory- 6gb

GPU- EVGA GTX 750ti 2GB

---

I know the 960 requires a 6pin connector and my current PC only has a 300w psu.

---

Upgrades:

EVGA or MSI 960 4gb

430w PSU EVGA

Will my pc become bottlenecked or etc?

Thanks!
