computer doesnt finish restarting

Hello guys,

So i have a new pc build going on and when i try to install windows 

theres a point where its downloading files to hard drive and says the

system may restart several times or something like that.

However everytime it turns off (first cycle of restart) it never turns back on,

the system still continues running but no visuals return on the screen.

I had linux installed on this for a few days and it did the same thing at 

that time also where when i tried to restart it would never actually bring

any visuals back up.

Anyone know what would cause this problem?

This is just an open pc right now (no case/sitting on box)

so might that have something to do with it?

CPU:G3258

GPU:r7 250

SSD:Corsair 120gb force

PSU:Thermaltake tr2 600w
