I would suggest replacing the motherboard battery, an issue like this happens on my Grandma's ancient single core Pentium 4 where I can't even maintain HT off (to make that LOUD cooler be quiet) due to the battery failing.

If this is not the issue, I can only suggest editing it manually and remembering to double check saving.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

I don't believe it would be the battery, the motherboard is still very new, and the memory is 2400mhz memory but i under clock it to 1333mhz for troubleshooting. I have also ran, Microsoft memory test and it had no errors. Any more ideas?
