CX430 enough?

Go to solution Solved by ANIMAL_ORIGIN,

Yeah you're fine but I wouldn't trust that PSU. The CX500 seems like a wiser choice.

I've recently been designing a budget build, I'm pretty sure the CX430 will be enough, but it does recommend to have a 550w PSU on the 7790's detail page. If someone could confirm/deny this for me, that would be great.

3 year warranty since it's revision 2, so 3 years is a good time to get out of a pc this cheap. Thanks for the reply.

It will be fine.

I'd take the XFX Core 450Watt V2 instead of the CX500 if you are going to invest in a new psu.

Ebuyer only has the 750 & 850w variants, and I would like it to be completely built through Ebuyer. Thanks for the input though.
