Yeah, I had an A8 laptop for a little while an thought that I had it at something stupid like 3.5Ghz without raising temps at all (I was really new to OCing at the time) But on CPU-Z it would show it was still running at stock. From what I've gathered online it was really common for people to do this aswell. But so far I've not found an actual way to OC laptop APU's.

The only real reccomendation I can make is if your laptop came with a software utility to apply profiles to just set it to max performance or whatever your equivalent is to get the most performance out of it. If your running on battery but it will drain alot quicker but.

I see. So how bout changing the cpu to a A10?
