Email Subscription Management Software

Hi,

 

I am looking for a email subscription management software for a not-for-profit I work for.

 

I want it to be able to handle subscribing and unsubscribing email addresses by the recipient of a monthly newsletter. I also wish for the program to allow me to send a PDF file as the newsletter.

 

If possible a free/cheap solution would be the best as money is tight being a small not-for-profit community event.

 

No/low branding by the management solution would be great.
